Corax is a Norwegian production company that mainly produces documentary films for Norwegian television. The company has been producing dozens of films with themes related to nature, environmental issues and politics, both national and internationally since 1998. The company is also producing short films, and is currently developing a script for feature film. Corax is located in Bergen on the west coast of Norway.

Being a Norwegian company, Corax mainly produce Norwegian films, but the company has also produced and created films in all around the world. This has given Corax a valuable international experience. From the start, Corax has created a trade mark of critiquing and examining society through the films, putting people and nature in focus. Many of the films have created debate and several films have been highly discussed in Norwegian media for weeks subsequent to their screening.

Magne Helge Sleire

Producer / director

Norwegian producer and director Magne Helge Sleire has produced 14 documentaries for television, including the controversial "License to Kill" and "Det vi skal leve av". The last film earned two of Norway's most prestigious television awards: Gullparaplyen and Gullruten. The focus of his films rely mainly on environmental and human issues.

Ida has a degree in filmproduction and journalism from Australia and Spain. She is now working as a director and photographer for Corax.

Katrine Sandvik

Administrative secretary

Katrine has a accounting and economics degree from the Næringsakademiet in Bergen, and earned the title accounting consultant. She also has the title administrative secretary from the Handelsinstituttet.

Katrine is now working as secretary and accountant for Corax.
